Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice. The Aforementioned sites generally allow limited space in adds and generally not enough space to list exclusions or some information needed to list what is not applicable in reference to listed add or adds. Precision Auto Detail and Tint Reserves the right to cancel adds without prior notice, and Reserves the Right to Refuse Service.

Pricing Policy

Online prices and selection generally match those in our service center, but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change.

Sales Tax Policy

Clear Bra North Dallas. collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law, for transactions in our service center.

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with Clear Bra North Dallas gift cards, our electronic digital coupons and with a major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until either you drop-off and pick-up the vehicle in person or confirm on the web site the service you wish to purchase.

Digital coupons are not redeemable toward the purchase of Accurate Detail & Tint, Inc. gift cards.

Using Promotional Codes

Using Promotional Codes Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded. Using Gift Cards

Gift cards, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Gift cards will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. In the event the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, you will be  required to use another gift card or a credit or debit card to pay the difference. Any amount charged to a credit or debit card will be treated as set forth above. In the event of a partial return of an order using both a gift card and a credit or debit card, returned amounts shall first be credited to the credit or debit card, and any remaining balance will be credited back to the gift card. See our Help section for more details about returns.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or pick-up address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Clear Bra North Dallas Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Refund Policy

All sales made through the Clear Bra North Dallas, and Clear Bra North Dallas' Web site are subject to Clear Bra North Dallas refund policy. We do not offer refunds for any service rendered by Clear Bra North Dallas If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, we may fully or partially re-perform the ordered service at our discretion. Labor is not refundable under no circumstances.

Price Matching

At Clear Bra North Dallas we always guarantee the lowest price. We require the actually estimate sheet or quote from the competitor you received your lower price from. All competitor estimates and or quotes will be verified prior to Clear Bra North Dallas' agreement. Price Matching will not be authorized verbally without the aforementioned items. Our price Matching Guarantee will always be lower than the competitors price, never equal. Price Matching will only apply to like products, Xpel, SunTek, LLumar, 3M "NO EXCEPTIONS." We will not accept a price challenge on sub-standard products "NO EXCEPTIONS."

Packages

A PPF Kit is a kit plotter directed from Xpel or SunTek. This kit is applied as is, and is in no reference to a "Bulk" installation. Typically most kit installations  are not wrapped and travel along the edge of a panel.  A bulk installation is typically wrapped is all areas a wrap if possible.  Please understand the differences between a kit installation and a Bulk installation. Clear Bra installations are non refundable, all factory and Clear Bra North Dallas warranties apply. Any questions please ask your installer.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation of service. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will incur the full charge of the service and be credited to the individual to be used at a later date.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be paid by the customer both for initial purchase and for ordinary returns. If a product is returned because it is defective,  Clear Bra North Dallas will pay the return shipping.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Membership Subscriptions

All membership subscriptions will be billed on sign-up date, and re-billed on the day of the sign-up date for the following month. Thirty (30) days of notice is required to cancel a membership. Cancellation can be done by calling Clear Bra North Dallas at 214-666-8367 or by editing your profile. There are no refunds for membership subscriptions.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

Clear Bra North Dallas may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Clear Bra North Dallas  also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Clear Bra North Dallas Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Clear Bra North Dallas reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Termination of Use

Mobile Window Tint Service

More than anything this is to educate the end user about Mobile Window Tinting. Window Tint/Window Film is an extremely delicate material and ever more so to work with. We have more than 25 years of Window Tinting experience and can adapt in any condition However, When it comes to Tinting windows outside with no garage for shelter we will not guarantee the films clarity reference debris from the open air. Window tint must be installed in a garage setting free from extensive dirt and dust. We will certainly let you know if any of the aforementioned issues come up. Rolling the windows down after the window tint is installed. We recommend that you DO NOT roll your windows down for 5 days. if by chance you do happen to roll your windows down call us right away and we will get to you asap.
